Classic Elite Yarns Give-away and LYS Yarn Knitting
Posted by Mylynedj in Uncategorized on December 14, 2010
I thought that I’d take a short break from designing and instead take this opportunity to share the give-away that Classic Elite Yarns is having. They call it “LYS (for “Love Your Shop”) Promotion.” It’s purpose is to show support to your local yarn shop (originally LYS, for short), by spending at least $40 on yarns, books, and patterns (sorry, other supplies do not count) between November 1 and December 15. Those who do will get a pattern book and three mini-skeins of Classic Elite Yarn. For details click on the link above or on the flyer below:
Anyway, to show my support to one of my LYS, I started knitting a few hats to give to four adorable kids. I know, what a change from constantly designing for teens and adults, but I’m very glad I to have done so. Here they are:
I’ve also been knitting some neckwarmers from yarns I got from another LYS, but I’m saving that for the next post. 🙂
